a somewhat mixed experience.
non-functional lamp weak pressure
I found a couple of things less than ideal. the bedside lamp did not work. also, the shower pressure was quite weak. It made washing my hair a bit of a chore!

good breakfast poached eggs plentiful parking
i found the breakfast to be good. it included poached eggs prepared perfectly. the parking space was plentiful. the location was convenient with shops and a pub nearby.
the night from the road was very noisy

a cute stay
wide selection ample space
the breakfast included a wide selection and was served promptly each morning. i liked the clean towels and the room provided ample space for parking my campervan. leslie and tim did their best to ensure an enjoyable stay, and .
i noticed some noise from the road during the night, it would be great if this could be improved with better soundproofing.

the room was super clean. a good shower was available, and a shop across the road offered convenient access to anything i needed (which was super convenient).

the breakfast room was lovely, complete with all the necessary trimmings. the breakfast itself was amazing (especially the full english) and the hosts served it early. the value for money was amazing.
